The Combustion Private Event Space in Pickerington is a versatile space perfect for weddings and receptions of up to 150 guests. Situated above the Brewery & Taproom, the private space features an abundance of natural light, character, and charm. The staff is dedicated to providing a high quality experience to your guests, and a low stress experience to you! In addition to wine and liquor, guests enjoy Combustion's craft beer made in-house and served fresh from our private bar.

Directly above Combustion Brewery & Taproom (Pickerington). 80 W Church St Ste 200 • Pickerington, OH 43147.

What beer will be served at my event?

The freshest and best beer available! We make all of our beer in-house and will offer up a full draft list to please each of your guests. Our selection changes seasonally, but you can expect to see some of our most popular brews in addition to our seasonal favorites.

Wanderlust - Blonde Ale - Light, clean, and crisp with a lingering and definitive maltiness that leaves you wanting another drink.

Combustion IPA - Notes of vibrant tropical fruit, orange, mango, and lemon. Huge hop character and low hop bitterness makes this a highly drinkable IPA.

Picktown Cider - Hard Apple Cider - A deliciously simple cider with aromatic, mouthwatering notes of fresh apple juice. This cider is slightly tart with a crisp finish.

Blueprint - Blueberry Blonde Ale - Blueberries overtop bready maltiness that will have you daydreaming of blueberry muffins.

El Heffe - German-style Hefeweizen - The unique notes of banana, clove, and vanilla are derived from the yeast during fermentation. These flavors play off the nuanced yet lively malt flavors from a malt bill primarily made up of wheat, yet backed up with a healthy dose of aromatic barley malt.

How much time do I have to set up for my wedding?

We will set the tables with the linens and have the room ready for you 2 hours before your rehearsal. We know you want to spend your wedding day with your loved ones, not setting up for the event, so we go above and beyond to make sure you and your vendors have access to the event space with ample time to prepare for your event. You may have access to the space on the event day 3 hours prior to guest arrival.

How long is the booking for a wedding?

Our standard event time for a reception is 5 hours from when guests arrive until clean up begins. If you choose to have your ceremony with us as well, event time increases to 6 hours.

The Combustion Private Event Space is on the Second Floor. Is there an elevator?

Yes! Right across from the stairs is a large elevator for your guests and vendors to use.

Can I store my event supplies at the venue before and after the event?

We do not have storage space to keep your event supplies before or after your event. All of your items and vendor items must be removed immediately following the event.

How many people can you accommodate in your event space?

Up to 150 people.

Where should I park? What are transportation options for my guests?

There is a public parking lot across the road from the Combustion Private Event Space, at the corner of Center St and Town Square Dr. It is a short 2 minute walk from the parking lot to our entryway. Uber and Lyft services are available in the area. If you would like a charter bus to safely transport your guests to and from a hotel we have trusted partners we work with and can recommend.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes! While we do have a preferred list of caterers that we know provide excellent service and food, we understand that having food you love is an important part of the wedding day experience for both you and your guests. You may use any licensed caterer that you wish. There is a $300 charge for bringing your own caterer who is not on our approved list. Please notify us of your catering plans well in advance, so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
